What to Include in Your Submission
To ensure rapid indexing in our release calendar, please include the following details in your email or one-sheet:
Band name, country of origin, album/EP title, and specific subgenre (e.g. Death Metal, Atmospheric Black Metal, NWOBHM).
Confirmed street drop date (Day, Month, Year). If exact day is pending, provide expected month and year.
Original square cover art (minimum 1000×1000px, 3000px preferred, JPG/PNG). No mockup cases, CD jewels, or shrinkwrap.
Record label name & catalog ID (or state Independent), plus direct links to Bandcamp or label webstore.
How quickly are releases reviewed & listed?
